Worth being precise about which building this is: B&B runs two addresses on this street, and this is the F46 apartment product, not the F52 hotel a few doors down. The apartments are the ones with in-room fridge and microwave, and at 9.2 across 135 stays they have the better record of the pair.
Number 46 puts you in the middle of Fuencarral rather than at the Gran Vía mouth, which is the trade this listing makes against Numa at number 6: a little further from the metro, considerably more of the barrio at your door.
